FAQs

Who can get support from our project?

Anyone living in our operational areas and on a low income, facing financial hardship, poverty, homelessness etc qualifies for support from our project. Regardless of Race, Religion etc. 

All applicants are welcome to apply for a Christmas food parcel,
however only families with children are to request presents for children.

You will need to be referred by a professional who better understands your circumstances & needs. We cannot accept referrals made by clients.

Once they send us a Referral we will be in touch
in due course to inform you if you have been
successful. if you have not heard from us by
December 5th unfortunately you have been 
unsuccessful. we apologize in advance for
anyone applicant who is unsuccessful.

Who can refer a client for support?

any professional body such as a school, social worker,
health services, police/probation service, foodbank,
voluntary, housing association etc.

What kind of items will a child receive?

We will request info on what the child/children's
likes and hobbies are and if they have requested
any type of gift specifically and will try to match
any gift donated to families to the information given.

If we cannot match we try to find age appropriate gifts instead.

What is the last date to refer a client?

November 22nd 2024 at 6pm BST.

When will a referrer and client hear
whether they have been successful?


Between November 30th - December 4th 2024.

When will the gifts/food be delivered?

on the 22nd or 23rd December 2024
